A girl named janet approached me one day near my college, she asked me how much do i spend on my haircut. Well i was like at least $40, she was like great!!! We r having a promotion at la dolce vita, it only $65 prepaid $15 at the first visit. So i was like mmm massage, haircut, wax, sounds good. So i bought it. Well i finaly went today to this hair salon. Well i went there, prolly the worst service ever, i paid 17.95 for the first visit (tax too) so the receptionist was like hang up ur coat n sit for a min. So i did
This lady came over n was like hi. So we walk to her chair then she was like what u wannna do wit ur hari. I was like u have any magazine. She paused few sec n went over got a magazine well she didnt even show me the pics. Anyway she was like. U wanna have glaze for ur hair. So i was like is it included with the package. She was like no but i will charge u very little (doestn cost much) i was like nah. Soo i got my hair wash. Well they called it shampoo massage n conditioning treatment. Well i thought he gonna spend at least like 15 mins washing my hair n conditioning treatment. But lasted like 5 mins. After that that lady cut my hair. So basically cut my hair for like 15 mins maybe less...
So she started to blow dry my hair. Two mins later, she asked" u noe blow dry is extra?" i was like what??? How much i asked she was like" it not expensive i charge u very little. Well she told me orginally $50 but she gonna charge me Only $30.. Okk. Huh what r u talking bout. I dont wanna blow dry anymore. N i was ike that reception didnt tell me bout this.
So she was like ok ok. I wont charge u. She blowed dry my hair n she kept asking me how is it. I was like it okay n forced myself to say i like it. She cut it tooo short.
I got up n went to reception n ask her bout my package. Well she didnt really answer me n was like u gotta come back next time n make appointment over the phone. Well i was checking the prices for the glaze. It costs over $500.. Didnt that lady say it NOT expensive!!! Well basically i left the salon n call my bf. N complain this is the worst service i ever got.
