Midwest Center for Stress and Anxiety
Supervisor Jennifer, and bobby, robert, kate in internet respnosne dept. Midwest Center for Stress and Anxiety added to my stress and hieghtened my anxiety, they rob my account

I saw a commercial on T.V. Featured by a woman name, Lucinda Bassett, offering a motivational mental health advice and counseling aimed at helping those suffering from stress, depression and anxiety. The informercial offered a 30-day trial period in which the consumer could request the program, receive a free CD, and review it along with a booklet. I called the there toll free number and order a the package, using a my checking account information.
After about two and a half week period I received the Midwest package and realized that the delay was due to the fact that they had my address incorrect. I quickly reviewed it and after one week I was ready to return it. I was not satisfied with method of the counseling and the lack of video footage to support the audio arrangement. I hesitated a couple of weeks and realized that I had maybe a week or two left to send it back. So I call the customer service line and waited on the phone for about 15 minutes to get a RMA code to put on the return label, in order to ship the package back to the Midwest Center.
The retuern instructions where very strict, but, I followed them exactly. I went to Fedex and paid for the 3 day shipping ground with insurance. My last day to return it was June 10th, I shipped the package back on the 9th it arrived on the 14th and a signature was obatin by Fedex when they deliver it to the Midwest center. Three months later I combing over my checking account to find out that the Midwest Center is debitting my account each month for $59.99.
My bank provides me with the information and I call the Midwest Center consumer req. Line (waiting 15 min. Each time) and I am given the run around. The operator tells me that there is no record of them receiving my return program package and that I need to provide them with a Fedex tracking Number so that they can track it. However, the operator was very uncooperative in helping me find the tracking number on my receipt from Fedex. So - I paid Fedex a visit and they not only found the information on the package delivery but also had proof that package was received by a representive of the Midwest Center. They faxed me a copy of the siganture.
Again, call I called the Midwest Center consumer req. Line and I provided this infromation to a supervisor this time who could see from the tracking number that I got from Fedex that they did infact receive the the package on June 14th. So realizing the apparent error on behalf the company I thought she would immediatly apologize to me, instead she bagan to justify the error as maybe the label got damaged after we received it. What is worst the supervisor informed me that they would cut me a check and that I would revceive it in about eight weeks. I find this very unacceptable and a form of rip off.
My money is being taken in error and your deciding how and when you'll pay me back. I ask to speak to a member of upper management and the request was denied by a series phone tricks and usless rebuttals. The commisson grabbers did'nt won't me to speak with the department managers and I understand the chain of command and there is always a manager, supervisors, and CSR. I won't the wold to know that this company added untold amounts of stess and anxiety to my life, nice going Mrs. Bassett!
