On two different occasions this gym has used their "30 day cancellation policy" to rip me off. The first time i called to cancel with more than 30 days notice, but they told me a manager was not available and that i had to come in to the gym. I could not make it in until i had 29 days left. I missed the cut off by one day and they said it was "my problem" and that if i didn't pay for an extra month that they would simply send me to collections. So in the end they ended up charging me an extra $95 dollars for nothing. They did not care that i could not afford it.
Fast forward 3 months later and my wife needed to cancel. To avoid the same thing from happening she made sure to cancel in the given time-frame. First they told her that it was not a problem and she would not be charged. Now, 31 days later they charged my card anyway for another $75 dollars.
The people that work here are very un-sympathetic and very snobbish.
