I had a very bad toothaches and I made an appointment with Dr. Watanabe's office to fix the problem. I also told them the other main objective was to get my teeth cleaned right away.
I only had a little money to go with my insurance and I told them that right away. While I was in such pain, the lady that explains the payments to you kept coming in to make me sign for things I really didn't want. I told her repeatedly that I didn't have the money for cosmetic changes and she said it was ok and to just sign that this is what I am interested in and if I get the money they will already know what I want. While I was there, they were so rough and unnecessarily painful and mean that I cried all the way home. And it wasn't from the toothpain. It was from the way they treated me.
The dentist even left and went home in the middle of my treatment and had the nurse assistant put my temp. Crown on and she did a very lousy job. I couldn't even bite down very well.
I made a payment for the toothache treatment. At this time I had a temporary crown on and I went home. The next day I woke up with such a bad mouth infection that I couldn't eat or drink without pain. A nurse friend of mine said they probably didn't clean their instuments very well and they gave me a very bad mouth yeast infection. I immediately called them back and they gave me a perscription for some yeast mouth wash.
I was so badly treated that I talked to my husband and told him I didn't want to go bad anymore. He told me not to so I still have the temp. Crown on and its been over a year. I received many phone calls from them and I told them how I felt. They put an item on our credit report for over $900. For the crown even though I paid for it with a couple payments. They said it wasn't enough. What the hell kind of crown costs over $900 after already making a couple payments and the insurance payment? I want to report them for such horrible treatment but I don't know who to report them to.
