Their facility in sunnyvale california has not been cleaned for i don't know how many years. I stayed at night & checked their cleaning crew just clean bath room and change papaers in bathrooms. The sauna seats, walls floors is filty and so dirty. The swiming pool, jacuzi v whole spa are has not been clean for many years. I reported it to the manager named "tony" 9 times in past 5 month. But no action been taken. Also he thereten me for being a trouble maker and don't tell about the filtyness of facility to other members.
Swiming pool, jacuzi, sauna water, walls, floors and the whole thing so dirty and filty and i have reported this issue not only to the manager of club but also to their head quarter in ssan ramon california. But no response
