I ordered, very emphatically, only the free trial offer for a small shipping charge.instead they sent an additional shipment a month later at a charge to my credit card of about $80.00. When I complained by phone they sent me an email stating the full amount would be credited back to my credit card. It wasn't. Of course time had now passed and when I found no credit I called the credit card company, Capital One, which company at first credited me the $79.95 but later wrote stating they found no evidence of fraud. How stupid of Capital One. I doubt they bothered to do anything since the fraud was obvious. Also it was obvious fraud since Ripoff had other claims of similar fraud and even much worse fraud. Shows that the banks, in particular, Capital One doesn't seen to give a darn about the public being ripped off. Capital One just goes through the motions to get around Federal law.
