I spot an order with skinwest per month before. Over a bit more than 3 months following the purchase was positioned I obtained 2 of the 3 items requested. As much as this very day, I still haven't obtained the 3rd item. They're declaring since it's in back-order. I've created many atempts to get hold of the manager/operator without any avail. I've e mailed, remaining communications for him to contact me, required to consult with him (he's allways unavailable) but he ignores me. Customer support reps aren't helpful. These are items I take advantage of on the daily schedule and that I requested them with sufficient time and so I won't go out but because of the lenth of time obtained by skinwest to deliver me these items I go out of these. The corporation is displaying no reliabilty, inadequate service and insufficient customer support.
