After we had a haircut at great clips, just after we got in the car heard an ad for what we thought was a free haircut flash foward to we i next needed a hair and i found out it was for only half off I am not questioning we were wrong on the haircut but how i was treated by the worker after i found out it wasnt free it was 7.99. She was being veryrude also snotty about it could've been a little nicer for a simple misunderstanding; wouldnt let me leave she held me there for 30 minutes, and There was A other customer there. She was treating me like a criminal when it was my dads fault!!! So 15 minutes pass by after I told her she could have my tip after I talked to another worker I told her my dad would pay the 7.99. Great clips SHOULD change their practices about the cost of haircut misunderstandings.
