This is a comment but I did not see a form for comments. I want to encourage all of you who have been victimized by this company to persist in solving the problem and getting reimbursed. My "journey" started in October. Like all of you, I was billed by 2 companies who were connected with Dazzle White. Neither of these companies were mentioned in the terms and conditions. I started by calling the companies and of course was told that I could not get my money because I did not return the product or cancel the subscription in a timely manner. I took notes and insisted upon employee ID numbers. I emailed the State Attorney General in CO. Who advised me to send an official complaint to the BBB in Canada, which is where the companies are really located. An investigation was opened by my Bank and by the BBB in Cananda. Today, I received notification that my full reimbursement is showing in my account. Be persistent and relentless. These companies are trying to take advantage of the public and they should not be allowed to do so.
