CPAP Medical Supplies
Doesn't care

Lincare has got the toughest customer support. I'm totally disappointed with my encounter with them and am caught coping with them until my CPAP continues to be bought by them. I acquired my CPAP in July. I'd Aetna insurance at that time. I had been informed there will be a 90-day test after which the CPAP could be bought, once conformity have been confirmed (through the smart-card in my own device). Works out that didn't occur - after 3 months they extended to bill my insurance for that rental of my CPAP. After I named to protest they stated "Oh that isn't the way in which it operates - we bill your insurance till we have charged for your price of the equipment, $1400.

In December my insurance transformed when I continued Medicare (I'm handicapped). I had been informed by Lincare the rental of my CPAP might begin again ("from zero") - ostensibly these were likely to cost my insurance for the whole price of the CPAP despite the fact that they'd previously obtained 5 weeks of rental cost from my previous insurance. I told them that I experienced it was nearly kosher. 8 weeks later I acquired a notice from my insurance declaring they'd buy the CPAP. I waited and waited and waited for Lincare to deliver the state towards the insurance provider. Lastly (at the conclusion of Feb) I approached Lincare to determine exactly what the issue was. I had been informed they'd posted the state - that we mentioned was difficult since my insurance didn't obtain it and each and every additional supplier I've observed has posted their statements instantly and also have been compensated. I had been informed the state could be resubmitted. It still hasn't been posted. I've advised them repeatedly that they can not obtain cost for my part of the CPAP (I've to pay for 20% since Medicare just gives 80%) before state continues to be compensated by my insurance. Lincare just has 3 months to publish the state or my insurance won't purchase the CPAP. Why do I've to repeatedly contact Lincare to obtain them to complete the things they have to do? Melissa at Ext. 213 accounts for distributing the state. I'm uncertain why it requires such a long time to obtain this completed. She can't offer an answer. Deanna N. At ext 165 is within their selections division and it has been delivering me expenses and characters declaring my consideration is overdue - even though that I've mentioned repeatedly that I'll not spend before state is posted to my insurance which state continues to be compensated.
