I was so shocked to see a transcation from Ultifresh on my account and I called the bank and cancelled my card. I did not order anything from them and I did not receive anything. I called them and the guy who answered the phone offered to send the stuff I told him hell no I want my money back. He put me on hold and went to talk to the supervisor and the supervisor said I should have told them i didnt receive the stuff. How can I ask for something I didnt order. They ripped me off for something they did not deliver. All i want is my money back
