Social Security Adminstration
Denied me my consumer rights as vested in social security insurance programs Internet

January 14
In July I asked Usa Consumer Complaints.com to help me and more than four million Americans vested in Social Security Insurance Products, and especially Disability Insurance, to be believed as honest, to be respected their need, and to be allowed in dignity as Americans to have enough to eat and a home to live in. To cherish hope, to hope for recovery, and to stop being denied the quality that is Medicare coverage.
Today I attach a letter I have sent to each Us Senator demanding a return to ethics and honesty at the Social Security Administration. To an investigation of why the Office of Inspector General does not obey or does not make the Federal Trade Commission believed and obeyed for me a Consumer, for me a ddsabled American, for me a American voter. For more than four million Americans pushed out the door at Social Security.
I hope we can join together. I have given much thought to hope. It is a time tcking, or a sunrising. It is time for a new day at the Social Security Administration. No more bum deals.
Please read the following. Join. We are honest. We are consumers. Demand honesty. Demand Senate investigation!

Dear United States Senator

I will not waste my time or yours discussing either dominant political party, rather I am Liberal or Conservative. I am an American demanding that the United States Senate immediately investigate the fact that the Office of Inspector General, and then the Office of General Services has failed to keep me an investor in Social Security Administration safe as a consumer as well. For like 311,000 American Workers who have found themselves disabled each of the last 15 years I am dismayed you the United States Senate have not intervened on our behalf to make Social Security Administration obey the Federal Trade Commission in the finding of Claim Decisions of those desperately needing health care, housing, hope, and the dream of survival if not prosperity. Why I ask have you the United States Senate stepped from rule, from letter of the law, the black and white, and allowed despotic administration of Social Security Insurance Programs.

I speak in disgust for the more that four million people subjected to this terrible violation of our human rights. Like I each worked hard and paid into Social Security Insurance Programs. Each, like I, expected Social Security Disability Insurance would be there for themselves, their spouses, and dependents if they were to suffer the hardship of becoming infirm and unable to work. Each has read the ADA and has had Social Security Administration tell them it only applies to employees of Social Security Administration. Each suffers hardship and are deprived even home and food. Many are in their forties and many like I have passed that rank and are now Senior Citizens. Why does the Office of Inspector General not make Social Security administration use and obey both the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Older Americans Act in finding of Disability Insurance Claims? Why have you failed ethics? Failed to believe that this year alone 311,00 American Workers suffering terrible medical conditions, knowing so well they have become disabled, even face catastrophic illnesses, are victims of a human rights violation so deadly, so harmful, done by a insurance company we the American People own, the Social Security Administrations. The rights they have to due process of law.

Or maybe stonewalling for you describes our insurance company having become a bone dungler when it comes to being able to do their job in a well and timely fashion. Or maybe you blame the current economic crisis and government cutbacks for the trouble. It matters not the stupid or silly excuses you have accepted from both the Office of Inspector general and the Social Security Administration. What matters is that you the United States Senate have failed the working Americans vested in Social Security Insurance Programs. Failed to keep ethical actions a priority and honesty a necessity at the Social Security Administration, and now I charge you with dishonesty so corrupt, unethical behaviors so cruel, that I charge you with violating the Human Rights of 311,000 Americans this year and more than four million for the last fifteen years.

Stand noticed the strength it takes as a Disabled American to understand that corruption is synonymous with violating an American Citizens Human Rights. That surely if the Federal Trade Commission, as protector of our Consumer Rights in purchasing and then using an Insurance Product, as the regulator of the American Insurance Industry, should be able, I an American worker should be able, any able, to know that Social Security Administration is an insurance company and that the Office of Inspector General must rally to insure that the trust and will of the Social Security Administration is kept safe and secure.

I demand the United States Senate immediately call to action the fact that four million and then 311,000 American Workers, disabled, have been denied the Procedural Review of their Claim made for Social Security Disability, then Claim Decision made by Social Security Administration. You might believe all is fair if love is war, but in this instance it is dishonesties foul breath at the fact that Administrative Law Judges are bound to the Office of Inspector General.

To me you are bound to see that all laws written are obeyed, and then enforced. I ask for direction, investigation, and fact finding regarding my charge that the Federal Trade Commission has failed to be believed, and then obeyed by the Social Security Administration. Where is the Administrative Law Judge? In the pocket of Office of Inspector General which is in the pocket of the US Senate Judiciary Committee? Foul is the disaster and the call to action I will make to the Americans like I vested in Social Security Insurance Programs will be that which is called the change that does a body good..

I call you the United States Senate out of order until you obey the law and do fact finding as to why so many vested in Social Security Insurance Programs are denied hope of Medicare Coverage, the quality that is the dignity any American does possess, and the respect we will demand today, and then tomorrow as you seek re-election. No more thieves, no more injustice, no more foul stupidity, and no more cover-ups, excuses or stupid terms like stonewalling will dismiss from your hinder the fact that Americans will join with me on this issue.

We demand honesty, integrity, and respect be returned to us by you, the Office of Inspector General, the Office of General Services, and the Social Security Administration. Foul is fact I am not entitled, I am a consumer of Social Security Insurance Products denied my rights to fair purchase and then fair dissolve at need from purchase.

As we are hungry and as we need the simplest of notions that is hope; a faith in our government to protect and serve us, will we be angry, and so will our families, friends, coworkers join with us? Join us in making our law makers firmly remain committed to the law as written. Firmly committed to our rights to due process of law, and our rights to be protected as Consumers? Will you make that stonewall between me and four million Americans an impenetrable prison of a sentence of three to seven years of great poverty, of denial of Medicare, and lack of home or will you make that wall at Social Security, at the Federal Trade Commission a foundation of good government, and make the Office of Inspector General obey and trust the fact Americans are honest and we expect the same from all we purchase, or all we establish, and use as tax payers.

You as a United States Senator are not stonewalling, you are casting a stone hard as
injustice when you watch more than four million Americans so injured that they simply die for lack of food, clothing, medical care, and shelter.in summation bad boy, bad girls, what are you going to do when they come for you? We will come and you like the unlawful and cruel public servantsat social Security, the FTC or Office of Inspector General can get, get up, and get gone, if you do not believe or act in a way exampling ethics and honesty of government, the honesty and ethics all Americans cherish.

Give any vested in Social Security Insurance Programs the benefit of due process of law. Make the Federal Trade Commission make the Social Security Administration obey the law. Open Hearing to hear of our plight, to do what the Office of Inspector General has not done. Give us our right to Procedural Review at making Claim for insurance products. Protect our Consumer Rights; our rights to privacy, to hope, to respect and dignity. Or get up, get gone, and jump the wall, or crawl, but get the thief out, or we will take you out.!

Thank you,

Sincerely,

Ethel B
