Beginning in Oct I noticed I was being charged 15.00, I contacted NFF and was promised that they would stop charging my credit card, this went on until July when I contacted the credit card company to stop the charges, immediatly I was then contacted by NFF that I owed the premiums. The proble as I explained to them is I signed a 2 yr contact in April and paid it in cash, 3 months later I purchased a one yr contract for my niece, the sales rep inadvertantly wrote the contract in my name instead as an add-on. She then contacted me 2 days later and indicated the contract was wrong and that she needed to correct it. She then wrote another contract in my nieces name the rep advised me that she had destroyed the previous contract. Each time I was called I reminded the representative who would again promise it would be handled. I was also referred to Better Bodies to speak with the Manager he also called NFF and again was promised it would be handled within a week. I was also told they did not know how to credit my account and the best part was the Managers at NFF do not take phone calls. On the last call I was told that Better Bodies wsa paid and therefore they would have to refund me. I again contacted Better Bodies and was told the owner responded with whatever and she and the Manager washed there hands of this problem. I then contacted the Division of Consumer Protection in Utah Government Agency and magically I was refunded my money January 12. NFF called Better Bodies (although I would ask them to call better Bodies and was told they could not).
