When customers call into their1-800 number to notify them that they are receiving unwantedmerchandise and illegal charges on their credit card. Natural BodyScape is not PCI Compliant which is required by law to protect andsecure the customers confidential information and the credit cardissuers information that's being processed. They obviously are notHIPPA compliant which encrypts and protects data that is sent acrossand outside of their network. Natural Body Scape refuses to issue thefraudulent charges back to the card holder. They suggest that you bringlegal litigation and contact your credit card company and tell themthat you were a victim of fraud. When in reality you should be able tocontact the originating company of this situation and they should behappily to credit your card back.
