I ordered a free sample of their product for the cost of shipping. Then was charged $79.95 for more product I did not order. No where on their website did it say I would be charged additional money. When I called the company for a refund they record your voice and try to trick you into accepting 15% of what they charged you. They do this by talking fast and playing with words. Also they gave my credit card info to another company (Menobreak) and this company charged me $89.89 for something that was never sent to me.in order to get a refund from this company I have to send them back a product I never received. Will now report to BBB and urge all consumers that have been taken advantage of to do the same.
