Stole my CC #, I refused to accept orders they said they got back billed me again, Have not refunded my $ 40 days now has been over 30 day

I received a product from them that I did not order. I called them and was told to refuse it at the PO, which I did also before their supposed free 10 days of trial. Then there was the bill on my CC and then I received another package from them which I was billed for before I even got it. Another order I did not make.
