11 months ago my husband was having chest pains, being that he's never complained of sickness i took him to the close emergancy room in ocala florida. He was treated and had to stay over nite for observation. Since then i have received bills from the hospital and doctors. Contacted my agent diane wisniewski, she informed my to send copies into the insurance company until they paid. Did that for 3 months no results. Contacting her agian she gives me a phone number of daniel pilo compliance director, i've call emailed and faxed messages and information about why i was in need to have him get a hold of me. Nothing.in the mean time i've contacted the billers and have been paying a small amount on the bills so they will not go to collection. I'm at a loss. I need some help.
