I requested a "free trial offer" of the tooth whitening solution. All I had been informed was that I'd spend a delivery charge of $2.95. On Dec. 6 I continued the financial institution site to confirm my stability and found a cost of $86. It was an unauthorized fee. I named the organization and was informed the purchase was to get a "free trial offer" not really a "free item". Which it was plainly mentioned on the site-it wasn't plainly mentioned or I'd not need requested it! I'd a telephone call concerning the item and informed them that used to do not need to invest in something till I'd an opportunity to check it out. There is nothing otherwise described about returning the merchandise or perhaps a cost for this.
I've the merchandise, unopened, and informed the owner that I'd return it. I had been subsequently informed that there is A - 30 day return policy (never informed about this possibly) and also the thirty days ("easily") finished yesterday. I'd prefer to understand how I will get my money returned.
