Ultimate Performance Medical Center - I really wanted this place to work. I've been having some problems down there and I was hopeful that this clinic could help me out. Far from it. What a rip off. Ultimate performance medical was more like ultimate frustration nightmare. I won't get into much detail but let's just say is was NOT what I expected. Ugh.
Look elswhere for help, men.
