My spouse gave birth to my child Brigid on June 4th.in those days my health protection was through Aetna POS, via my company. Being a sensible man having a fresh mouth to supply and seeking to spend less I determined this insurance was charging me about 2,000 annually significantly more than the HMO my company offers, and so I required a change underneath the "existence change" bubble which was provided. Today the physician who sent my infant continues to be informed that Aetna wishes the 1400 back they settled her. Why? Retroactive disenrollment. I've settled Aetna more than 260 every fourteen days for quite some time and my company has coordinated this quantity. They're achieving this punitively and that I am asking an attorney but when they are able to do that in my experience they are able to get it done with any main state, simply retractively disenroll you.
