I purchased a full lace Indian remy wig from LaceWigsSupplier.com. First, it took over a month to receive an "in-stock" wig. Even though the owner called me immediately after payment, she did not bother to inform me she did not physically have my purchase.
After waiting a month for my wig (which was NOT custom, I should emphasize) and having to play phone-tag with LWS who never bothered to contact me about this on their own or even inform me, instead they repeatedly sent fake tracking numbers...
Once I received the wig, it was dreadful and unwearable. The hairline was incredibly thick and resembled something a werewolf would wear. The wig looked nothing as pictured (LWS is a dropship company who orders wigs at a cheap price directly from China and then ships it to the US at a much higher price...) it also contained synthetic fibers throughout it even though it was advertised as "100% human."
This is a horrible company who lacks professionalism — really, if there's a problem with the order contact me. That's not too much to ask. On top of that, the quality of their wigs is very poor - aside from being sold a synthetic/human mix, it constantly shed and the style was, as already stated, unwearable. It looked like a football helmet.
They have refused to give me a refund or offer any sort of fix to these problems. Stay away from LWS.
