I terminated the plans that I'd for myself and kids in March. Not understanding the guidelines I received a cash-value from prudential. Eight years later April I received email from prudential tackle to my child regarding her plan with prudential. After I named the organization concerning the info they advised me the plan is great until 2011. I questioned how may be the policy great when there is no plan. I ended this 9 years back. I had been educated first used to do not signal the need paperwork. I advised them I should have easily received a check from their website. The thing is they didn't money in all of the guidelines on my kids. They chose to maintain the cash and proceed the plan without my knowlegde. Me thinking there were no plans. I advised them how will you proceed a policy easily terminated the plan, (the childred were small children in those days) and discontinued cost. Prudential employed the cash in the were to reimbursement me and continue the plan. Is that this legitimate? Need help here.
