Whitesmile - healthmember - ultifreshwell Ordered sample teeth whitener, now receive charges for other products I did not order and did not receive. I am a senior citizen and can't afford to be robbed like this

I ordered Dazzlewhite gel stick sample for $14.95. The stick is dry and useless.

Now I have other charges on my credit card for things I did not order or receive, from Whitesmile, Healthmember, and Ultifreshwell, totalling almost $150 Cdn.
