TrySimpleCleanser.com - TryGenuineAcai.com - Amir - Sanchez Nutraceuticals Rachel Ray Diet is a ripoff, T NO REFUNDS! Ever! Miami, Florida

The first thing that happens is you see an ad on a webpage you were already on. For me, it was Facebook. It was a little ad over in the corner that mentioned Rachel Ray and her diet. We all know she lost a bunch of weight, so overweight people trust that. So I click the ad, the one with the much trusted Rachel Ray's face on it, and I was redirected to Kellyjourney.com. This is a quick story about a chubby mom that used this diet to lose 47 pounds. Http://www.kellysjourney.com/

Next, the site tells you that there is an expiration date on the free trial offer. Yeah, right! So, the site tells me that I need to COMBINE the power of Acai berries and this colon cleanser. There are seperate links provided for each of these two products.

So, I ordered the free trial, which is 14 days worth of each supplement, and it states that you have to cancel at the 14 day mark or you will be charged for a month's supply at that 14 day mark. What they don't tell you is that the 14 day ticking time bomb starts as soon as you click the "ok" box and place the order. The 14 days does not start when you get the product. I live in Miami, and mail takes a while to travel the full length of Florida!

So, I wake up yesterday morning and try to pay my cell phone bill with the money I KNEW was set aside in my bank account for this purpose. Declined. I go to the bank (cell is not paid so I can't even call the bank), to find out what happened. I was charged $65.95 for a bottle of Acai that can be bought at Walmart for $5 and $59.95 for a colon cleanser that did not work for me within the couple of days I had to "try" the product. I asked the great and mighty Chase bank if I could please dispute these charges. NOPE! Why not? Because I entered into a contract with "them" when I placed the order.

So, I contacted the number I was given by the bank for the charges. Chase Bank only had the number for the Simple Cleanser company, but that company gave me the Genuine Acai number. I contacted both companies through a cell phone of a friend who does not have unlimited minutes, so I was talking on borrowed time to these people. Both companes told me the exact same thing. I even accused them of reading off of a piece of paper titled "how to handle smart customers". Now, I can accept the fact that I'm the idiot for not canceling on time, within the 14 days. What I can NOT accept is that they do not provide refunds for unsatisfied customers. I had no idea, really, that time was running out to cancel this crappy product, and I had no idea they were going to charge me a total of $125.90 for a month's supply of this crap. I stated that I would like to return what has been shipped and have my money returned to me. NOPE! That is not their policy. No refunds, no returns. The customer service guy actually said, "Its your bottle now, ma'am". That was the Simple Cleanse people. I asked that man to give me a supervisor about 20 times, no matter what he was saying to me, I just kept saying, "supervisor, please" until my husband started to laugh at me.

I was told by that "company" that supervisors would only tell me the same things, no refunds. I called the Genuine Acai company, and a SWEAR the same guy answered! This time I asked his name, Eric. I asked to please skip him and go straight to a supervisor. I was given to Marcus Fenix, this time, who said he was a supervisor. I asked to please speak to HIS supervisor, as I often do in customer service matters, I go as far up the ladder as I can. Marcus told me over and over that he was the only one I could speak with. No refunds, no returns, your money is gone. I asked for the official name of the company, Genuine Acai, no surprise. But, then I asked for the contact number of the CEO of his company, because I refuse to be scammed like this. That information is not available, sorry! So, I asked this Marcus guy for the NAME of his CEO and I would find his contact info on my own. HE DIDN'T KNOW THE NAME!!!

At this point, I realize that I am dealing with people who are very accustomed to angry phone calls like mine and are trained to tell us that we are screwed and there is nothing we can do about it. I will not stop until I find my own little loop hole in this system, and when I do, I will undate this for all the world to see. There has to be a way to protect ourselves from this type of scam. I was told over and over that everything they are doing to my bank account is clearly stated in the terms and conditions, and that I should have read them more carefully.

Avoid this company at all cost!!! I am not supposed to give my contact information, so I may post my email address as an update to this, so people can contact me if they are in the same situation. Strenght in numbers!
