Lonnie was arrested last week on a probation violation when he was being charged in Cobb county state court for battery and cruelty to children and shipped back to Gwinette adult detention where he is being held on a probation violation.in 2006 he plead guilty to felony damage to property and battery. Once he was arrested for the cobb domestic violence battery it kicked the information out and since he was on 5 years probation from gwinette they picked him back up and are revoking his probation. You know if you were fraudulently charged you can file a police report and to magistrate court and complete some paper work asking he be arrested and they will put it down for a pre warrant hearing. I would think this is theft by conversion for him taking your money.
