For the second time in 5 months the window of my car has been shattered while I was inside 24 Hour Fitness during the day. My car was locked the alarm was set, were they upset that this had happened? Not at all. There is no security in the parking lot, they need to have security in this parking lot.
When I asked why there was not, the manager said there was nothing they could do. This has gotten expensive now, insurance policies have deductibles, clubs need to make sure that there patrons are safe. I would like to be reimbursed for my out of pocket expenses now at around $400.00. This is not just me, many people that belong to this location have had their cars burglarized as have the employees, the cavalier atttitude that this is the neighborhood is not good enough.
