As another individual explained, I too, had unauthorized deductions from my banking account. The first in the amount of $4.95, the second for $139.97. Both charges are for products that I still have not received, nor would like to have any longer. I have tried contacting the only number that has been provided for the company, and each time there is an automated message which states "Thank you for calling XM Brands, please hold the line and a representative will be with you shortly." However, no representative comes to the line. Each call is disconnected. I have filed a report with the BBB as well. I will continue to do as much research as possible in order to obtain any contact information for this company.
