I have noticed several complaints on this website for all the same reason. People are offered free trial and then automatically enrolled into a program. The program cannot be canceled for the first month, and the consumer is automatically charged $61, after the free trial which only costs shipping of $1.99. The reason that people are unaware is the area in which the enrollment process is explained. It is in the small writing at the bottom of the terms and conditions.
My experience has shown that most companies put standard disclaimers, and warranties in the terms and conditions. Not that the consumer is automatically enrolled into a program. I noticed the owner Brad M, replied to a customer a while back, and said the following, "This TOS is very similar to 24hour fitness, netflix, blockbuster, jenny craig and many other companies who charge customers on a monthly basis." These companies each carry a high prestige, so I figured I would dig a bit further.

Jenny Craig-Couldn't find an online program to sign up for. Would need to request and agent to call.

NetFlix-With netflix you get a free trial, but you get to select a program that clearly states what the cost will be after you sign up. Https://www.netflix.com/PickAProgram
What this clearly shows is that Brad M isn't confident in his product. Otherwise it would say "Pay for first month of Roaring Tiger and receive a free week". Because I have been notified from support that when you sign up for the free trial you have to pay for the first month of the membership. Is that deceptive sales practices, or what? I tried this product once, and never used the rest of the trial. Now I receive more in the mail, what good is it? Why can"t i return it? I only signed up for a free trial to see what it was all about, never would've had I known that I had to pay for a month. It is obvious that this company uses deception to generate revenue. Brad M I would like to see your justification for this. Please feel free to reply.
