Charged after stopping service

I delivered for that free test on April 23. Terminated the support on May 1. Was billed on my credit expenses $9.99 in May and July and that I need a reimbursement for all those costs ASAP

Provided the issues I'm viewing with this site I believe this can be a routine which gouges customers.
