Failed orde

I resived a magazine and said if i orderd them they will give me 3 books in 30 days andif you want them you whould pay for them or if you dont whant them you whouldgive them back. I read it was kind of interesting so i orderd them and waited 30 days and nothing. Then i got the bill that i owed them $36.92 for something that i never gat back! I looked for every were for their phone or something but nothing. Wich is 800-678-5835
