Nightmare that won't go away

I thought I was only ordering the Acai product but they unknowingly sign you up for a colon cleanse item too. I cancelled the Acai but still got charged. I didn't cancel the colon cleanse since I didn't even know it was on the order. That additional charge was $49.95, more than the Acai berry product! Now I have two charges to dispute. Even after I got a cancellation number, I'm still being charged. It's the nightmare that won't end.
