I had got my referral from my health care Kaiser Permanent Insurance Company to this dentist Dr. Arif Masood on 13rd March.
It because I need a root root canal and reinstall couple new crowns. I went there done my root canal 1st. Than he he help me to replace couple new crowns. But after I had done my root canal it because he know I also need to replace the new crowns, so he started to tell me! Umm... If I put a new 2 crowns for on youe font teeth! Your others teeth going to be look different colors...
So I asks him what should I do? He start to sell me umm... We have somethings call veneers. If you want it I going to charge cheaper since you was here with me. So I the next appointment when I go there. He start to keep asks me. Do you want to look pertty when you smille? If yes let do it? So finally I did agreed him to make that veneers teeth and the new crowns all togethers! After the Dr. Cut out my old crowns and put a new temporarily for me and he asks me to pay him. I did pay him USD$7,200 from 14th March. To fix my teeth.
After I had payed him. And he start changed to another person's... No more appointment for me. I had to keep calls him. But. His Dr. Office always no one answers the phone! If there is someone do answers the phone and she keep telling me umm... Dr. Masood are with the patient he going to give you a call back later. I keep wait and waited Dr. Masood not even give me a call back... The next day I try to call him again... Same there is no one answers the call -_-
I do keep try call and calls him each day the same! Even I do left my msg on his answering machine it still not hear from his call back. Time fly is been one month. Finally i get to talk to him. And he is told me u can come to put your new crwons and veneers! I did went to his office and let him put the crwons and the veneers. But... After he had installed the crowns and veneers to my teeth, and he let me look at the mirror. I was "OMG" -_- the new teeth are really big, long, unbalance and misalignment! Cry... It look really ugly...
So I told Dr. Masood I want him to re-make it for me! All he told me come to my office and he just keep timming down and I feeling all the painfuls and hurts! -_-: each time he just want keep doing the same. I feel he doesnt want to re-make a new sets for me... But... The more timming down the more it look uglyer on it! So finally he say ok to re-make a new sets for me. But, he told me this is going to be the last time!
If I still would not satisfactorily then I have to pay him all the re-make! And he had me to sign for it! Also he have me to meet the technician at his office, I told the technician after the Dr. Appointment when i got home I will Email you my pitures to let you see how my old teeth look like. I do email him (Scott) few pitures of my old teeth.
From that day on also I could not contract Dr. Masood or the technician again -_- same as before either no one answers the phone or I had left my msg. Because the Dr. Told me only take 2 week to redo it. I have wait for another month again! Still no one calls me! I decisved to Email Scott and asks him my teeth got done yet? Few day later he send me a email, he told me oh you know? Your old moss are 80% got Damaged!
Go call Dr. Masood to make a new moss for me! Well it take them 3 weeks to telling me this? I had try to calls the Dr. There is no one answers the phone call! I keep try and tryed finally his reception answer my phone. I told her, I need speak to Dr. Masood. She keep tell me the samethings he is with the patient! He will call you back later. So I had wait and wait the Dr. Did not call me back again! I had keep calls.
Same last time, finally his reception answers the phone! I asked she how come Dr. Masood never call me! And the reception are started to tell me stop yellings or screams. After she told me that and hung up on me -_- So I call again... She knew my phone number so she not going to pick up. I had to leave msg to answering machine again. And on the other hand Scott send me a Email are complaints me. Look Jane me and Dr. Masood dont want to wastes ours time and stuff.
I was like really I am wasted you both time? I think you both are wasted my time's. I been there 13/03/09. Now are 22/05/09. My teeth still not fixed yet... And you both never answers my phone calls even I had left my msg's -_- I cant eat, my teeth pains and hurts I feel so depressions! Each day I asked myself when my teeth going to got fix? And you both act like playing a game with me! When call Dr. Masood and He want me to call you! When I call Scott and he want me to call Dr. Masood!
You guy's are play chick the ball to this side and that side... Not even act like a professional and dis-erthics! I had payed and I just want my teeth get fixs only! After that they both act like no one care any more. So I have try to look for a lawyer! But... When I go to law office no one sounds interesting at this case! Because just small pototo to them! Cry...
All the suddenly I had feel like in this world no one can helps me for these! I feel so sad! I had never got any experiences like that before! So I try to call my Health care Kaiser Permanente to find out see anythings they can do it for me? Well Finally I find someone there are handle this... Her name call Shay I ahd talk to him what happened to me!
So she help me to call Dr. Masood to give me appointment! They still both are playing game to me. This time they call me. But... When i pick the phone they hung up. So they told Ms Shay umm... I do call Jane but she did not pick up the phone! Ms. Shay call me why you did not pick up your phone? Your Dr. Trying to talk to you and make an appointment for you! I was like! I did pick up but he hung up.
Each time he calls I pick and he hung up! I really dont know what kind the game they trying to play! So Ms. Shay call Dr. Masood and asked him why he's doing this to a patient? He said he did not do anythings! It mean I am lies? If they did not do it! Well It take another 2 weeks again 02/06/09. Finally they got my 2nd re-make's teeth done. I had went to the Dr. Office. This time Dr. Masood and the technician (Scott) told me.
You know this is going to be the last time we make for you right? I say yes I know it. And they starts to put the new sets teeth to the moss and have me to look at it. When I look at it, I told them I cansee it again are not balances and misalignments again. They told no Ms. Jane this is what you want! Remember last time i had you to sign the paper?
I said yes i do remembers! But I did not asks for unbalances and misalignment right? They both start to tell we make what you wants already! So Dr. Masood bring out another papers and I was lay on the chair I cant sign it. They have my husband to sign it for to agrees I like the teeth! I told Dr. Masood you have not put on yet just put on the moss I still can see thats not right! But you both keep say this is what i wants!
So they finally get my husband to sign it for him! After my husband had sign for him and he starts to work on my teeth. While he works on my new sets teeth. The technician leave the office. After a while's when Dr. Masood done putting. And he have me to look at the mirror. When I look at the mirror this time even worse than the last time -_- Cry... I told Dr. Masood right away! I do not get it! Why? This is the 2nd times.
All my font teeth are crocked, unbalances and misalignments! From right crocked to left side. He was not believed me at the beginning! So I had to sit stright and let him take a good look at it! Finally he's agreed me... So he asked me umm... What we going to do now? I told him right aways! I can not had teeth like that! I want you to redo it again seriously! So he told me um... I got another new technician for you!
I told him its fine for me as long as he can make my teeth right this time! So after a week later he had me to meet the new technician again in his office. After the new technician take a look on my teeth's. He said to "OMG" Whos make this for you? I told him the passed technician made it! He said it look really ugly and crocked, not even alignments and unbalances too! And the color of the teeth too yellow!
After I have met the new technician. Dr. Massod before me and my husband going leave too. He had talk to my husband umm... Since this new technician so you have to pay half of the fee! My husband are say asks him why? We Had pay in full amounts for you! Dr. Masood say this is not alot it like the technician fee not the new teeth. So my husband say ok then!
After 2 days later I call my Insurance Company and try asks them! But I can not got to talk with Ms. Shay yet only left her msg. I call Dr. Masood I try to tell him! I been thinking for 2 days I dont get why we need to pay you again! I am not the one make my own teeth right? It your technician could not do his job well. I dont think we really should keep paying over and over! After i had talk to the Dr.
I had been told to wait for 2 week when I meet the new technician at Dr. Masood office. He going to get my new sets are done again. But after I had spoke to Dr. Masood! He stop the technician to make the new teeth. I was keep waiting and did not know he stoppe it! Finally Yesterday I called the new technician! He told me! Dr. Masood want me to hold on it. I asked him why? I been waitted 12 days aslredy! Now you telling me no teeth for me? Do you know what is going on?
The technician told me! I dont know! Go call Dr. Masood! So I call Dr. Masood his office! No one are answers the phone again... I also call Dr. Masood his cell phone well he did not pick up the phone also... I try and try both end up the same! Finally Dr. Masood call me back around 5pm. He talk to me It because you say not to pay the fee so I had to stop. I asks Dr. Masood It mean you not going to do anythings to fix my teeth right? He said if you pay! I asks him do you have any idea I am wearring a temporarily teeth? He tell he know.
So it mean I pay you USD$7,200 for just wearring the temporarily teeth? And Dr. Masood start to talk to me why I call my Insurance Company for? I told him I call It because I think that is not fair to me! I am not the one make my own teeth here right! It your technician could not do him job thats all. I pay you to make my teeth pertty not pay you to make my teeth look ugly! Dr. Masood also asks me why I told my Insurance Company and called him a liar?
I told him i had never called you a liar! Even you did not let me know you stopped the new technician to make my teeth! Dr. Masood keep saying stuffs to me... End up he told me. I want to talk to your husband. I told him why need to talk to my husband? I think I am your Patient not my husband... He told anyways I want to see you both on friday 19/06/09 at 11am. He want us to go there for only 5/mins talk.
I am sure he going let my teeth without complete fix if tomorrow we go there without pay him again! So I think I will wearring my "Temporarily Teeth" for rest of my life -_-... This Dr. Left me a un-completes teeth! I want my money back so I can able to look for another Dr.! I had payed him so much and none off my teeth fix... I feel like to cry! I really hope someone can help me for this!
