Never got a certificate stating any detail of insurance, never would pay even for generic meds. Charged me around 1,000.00 for nothing! New york

Was pressured to join this insurance company. I am a senior citizen and was desperate for insurance... I have asked them several times for explicit details... They sent nothing and accused me of not requesting this information. This is a scam if I ever saw one! I feel like this is elderly financial abuse!
