I switched insurance about 10 months ago. I am not one to use it but maybe once or twice a year. Well I used it in January... And have not since and here 5 months later they are now #1 refusing to pay the claim and #2 trying to say I did not fill out my application truthfully (B.S.) #3 they are trying to cancel me. These large compaies are not held accountable for anything! We pay our premiums and this is how WE the customers are treated when we actually use the service we are paying for.
