I order a product and i was concerned about the tracking i could not get hold of any one Phone # Reads

I made a purchase using a debit card for a product on there website. The bank cannot stop the process and i cannot get hold of a representative for there company not even by e-mail. The phone # they issued is a texas # and has been disconnected.
