Watch out for this company!!! I am not a stupid person, but this scam really makes me feel like one!!! The information I read said that all you paid for was shipping... Now, the scammers have found a new way to take advantage!
When the package arrived, it had a whole long laundry list of what had to be returned if I didn't want them charging me $79. For additional auto-ship ResVer. I called to complain and had to wait through 6 people ahead of me to finally speak with Lali. He explained a whole laundry list of things I had to do to return these "free" goods. Angry, I asked for a supervisor. After being put on hold for an extended period of time, I was told there was no supervisor available
So I finally got a return authorization number and was advised to put it on the outside and inside of the package. Also, of course, I would need to pay for the return shipping and ask the post office for a tracking number when I sent these pills back.
I guess one is born everyday. Someone should put a stop to these sheisters. Oh, and Maria, author of the rebuttal, how do you sleep at night? You know EXACTLY what Nutra Lane is pulling.
It is unfortunate for all the internet vendors who will never see business from me or many like me because of unethical practices of companies like Nutra Lane.
