I ordered the free trial Acaci Berry online - no opportunity to cancel further shipments

I ordered a free trial of the Acacai Berry and received a bottle each month. Each package cost 69.95 with no paperwork. There was no phone number or any other means of contacting the company. When I called the phone number on my bank statement, that number was not a working number.
