Internet scam offering risk-free trial for $5.95 costs $39.95 per month plus 4.95 shipping and handling

Ordered a risk-free trial of green tea extreme capsules for $1.00 plus $4.95 shipping and handling. Approximately 4 weeks later VISA card was charged $38.95. If not illegal, marketing is certainly misleading and immoral.
