Impossible to cancel your order c

I ordered my "RISK FREE" trial of Acai X3 and received just the bottle. No invoice or anything in the shipping bag. Search the website top to bottom search for any information on this company to find out how to cancel this order. I have been charged $88.55 for a product I've never received. I just want to know how to cancel this order and not be charged any longer for this product.
