This company took and unarthorized $39.95 out of my account when they only surposed to take the $1.95

I saw this grants thing in my email address, I sent for this information about how to grant this free grant, and it turned out to be a fraud because they took an extra $39.95 out of my account days later after the original offer of payment which was only $1.95.
