Your website MISLEADS the customer to BELIEVE the product is FREE, except for shipping. If you care about the customer then spell out CLEARLY and BOLDLY, that there will be CHARGES of $79.90 after 21 days. It is not OBVIOUS, therefore customers fall into the trap of having to pay $79.90. That is the POINT. Make it obvious to your customers. But the truth is — you don't care about your customer. You care about your $79.90. Be honorable. IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE CUSTOMER accepts the offer, send back a STATEMENT via EMAIL with all the charges that will be incurred after 21 days. Be Up-Front. You simply are NOT. You never even sent an statement @ the 20 day point regarding the up-coming charge of $79.70. You just DON'T CARE. Many of these complaints could have been avoided, if you took some extra steps to inform them of ALL THE FACTS. Your website should spell it out in LARGE FONT SIZE. Don't use fine print re - additional charges. Don't be sneaky. You do deserve the complaints. You are not forthcoming. There are customers who are savvy and don't fall for covert advertising. Any company, I have bought products from, immediately send me a statement. That should have been my RED FLAG. You don't send out any statement via Email. Perhaps, you should begin doing that. But you are afraid, aren't you?
