6-month before, after I requested my insurance when the supplier - visual boudique/gallery of eye-ware, was outlined together plus they stated yes, I requested a set of pc - cups. The store-manager, Kathi Woods, explained I'd to pay for the entire quantity of $ 500.- in money at that time of the order. When I informed her that I'd complete insurance policy she stated that I had a need to contact my insurance plus they might pay me back.
After I called my insurance they explained this was all drastically wrong which the supplier shouldn't have requested me to pay for the entire quantity but only me $ 20.-copay.
Our insurance continues to be calling them-and informing them to provide me my money-back and that I have named them aswell, really fourteen days going back 51/2 month. They once attempted to provide me a partial check but I declined, informing them they served incorrect by getting my cash for your amouint which I'd not disappear with merely a aprtial payment. I simply named my insurance again today, plus they explained they'd contact the supplier again.
Our guide to some of you: don't visit Gallery of Eye-Ware, Everett, WA. They aren't customer-friendly— one touch, perhaps worse.
