Our child was rear ended with a driver with Point Insurance Company. A state was posted your day following the damage having a state quantity and claims adjuster assigned. For over per month myself along with a bodyshop have both attempted frequently to get hold of the claims adjuster and also have NEVER been called back. I've named and requested to become aimed to some boss where I also got an answering device and also have NEVER been called back. After I requested the telephone owner to place me in touch with somebody who might reply the telephone she explained that she doesn't understand who'll answer their telephone so she cannot do this. It's now been greater than a month and that I am resting about the telephone using their music "informing me that aid is simply nearby". They'll proceed to direct me to providers who can't link me with ANYBODY who are able to answer the telephone. I'm today on re route # 3. Is there any option for this? Please enable me.
