I have visited Aspen Dental four-times within the last year. The very first time they 'dropped' my visit and stated I Would need to reschedule... Despite the fact that I'd my visit card with me. Despite my grievances, I rescheduled.
Second-time I went they did just my x rays after which explained I had a need to plan a cleansing -individually-... Who that?
Third-time I went I'd to hold back only over an hour or so over my visit time for you to ultimately enter for my cleansing. The cleansing went well; no issues there. The price was sensible ($70) and that I was pleased aside from the delay.
Next time I went, nowadays (May 13, six months later), I waited over one hour AGAIN... My visit was at 4. I examined in at 3:50 and lay for pretty much one hour. Lastly, i visited the table to ask just how much longer it'd be and 10 unitsapproximately later I had been obtained in. Bear in mind they shut at 5 and so I was worrying a run job washing. For whatever reason they INSISTED that I've x rays completed AGAIN (simply had them completed six months ag0). I'd to really decline before they decreased the concept. After I got towards the seat I lay for another 10 minutes. Lastly the hygienist arrived in and employed the pick to wash between my teeth for around 10 units... Selecting too much in and building me bleed everywhere. She kept apologizing for this and so I determine it had beennot designed to occur. Then she said I Would need to return in a later day for that polishing and anything else as my gums were bleeding! I envision it had been more the truth that it had been today 5:20... These were closed. I visited spend and was welcomed having a $160 bill!!! $160 to clean my teeth for actually 10 minutes. I inquired if it was including my forseeable future trip to complete my cleansing and that I was advised no.
Obviously I am completed with Aspen Dental... I have never had a great expertise as well as their pricing IS EXTREMELY questionable...
