I too was scammed by Koszinski Group. I foolishly sent them $92.80 for the "double your money back" guaranteed product. After the product proved unsatisfactory, I returned it to them and have been ignored.
None of the materials sent included a phone number. I returned the product with a delivery signature required, and it was received and signed for by an M. Macchiarolo.
Lesson learned: NEVER never buy something through the mail from a company that does not list a phone number. Oh, yeah, and also check the reputation of a company on-line before sending them money! I learned about usacomplaints.com too late!
