I had made an online purchase for the acaipure dietary supplement pills back in september. It was a free 30 day trial and you just pay for the $5.95 shipping fee! As soon as i recieved the product and tried it i cancelled so i wouldnt be charged for future shipments. Not knowing that the acaipure company had sold my credit card information to the FIT FACTORY i have been getting charged 39.95 a month since september.
Its my fault for not noticing it sooner so now im in a run around fight to get my funds back to my credit card account! Customer service is no help at all, all they do is argue back at you and repeat them selves over and over again! They said they will reimburse me back for 4 months of payments but they have been stealing funds from my credit card and thats wrong so im demanding a full refund on a purchase i never made! Some one please help i need some justice here!!! Credit card fraud is a serious crime... How can they keep getting away with this!!!
