My wife just got charged $34.84 and $1.05 on March 26th - never heard of the company. Googled the company name and came up with a large number of sites that yelled "SCAM". She disputed the chage with a Bank of America representative on the phone and found out the company was already on a "known fraud" list. They closed account (right when bills are due *sigh*), have agreed to reverse charges, and are sending a new card.
Check your credit/debit account regularly!
