Unauthorized debit charge

I order a free trial of Acai Berry, I never received my trial order, but they did charge my debit card with $79.96. My bank (Bank Of America) says as soon as they acually take the money out of my account, I can file a claim.

The bank says they are seeing a lot of this from this company right now.
