I receved item, utilized product for four days. Product didn't function, named and ended on 02-21-09 card was charged on 02-24-09. Item states straight forward guaranteed!!! I called back on 02-25-09 they mentioned that's was already charged they'd not return money. They established stop #424835. They don't possess a straight forward promise!!!
