To Whom It Might Matter:
Nowadays I visited the Concentra workplace regarding my right shoulder. I found Dr. Negrin. Although I had been there, I had been trying to clarify all the motion I've obtained since my damage happened. I advised him that I'd started experiencing complications and vertigo on the daily schedule. I also advised Dr. Negrin the complications and vertigo didn't happen until after my problems for my neck. I also introduced all of the medicines that I had been on and experimented with advise him that I'd simply visited the er on 02/05/09 due to the vertigo and complications along with a CT scan was done on both my mind and my nose and per the physicians in the clinic, nothing was wrong with each one however they did provide me a prescription for allergies. Dr. Negrin discusses the carrier of medicine and places it along after which condition “you are dizzy and also have complications due to all of the medicines I had been taking”. I advised him that I didn’t consider all of them at the same time which my complications and vertigo began before I began getting all that medicine which it had been recommended to prevent equally. I advised him that on 02/12/09 I visited observe my ENT physician and he also mentioned that my reading and my nose were fine and that I had a vision test finished along side blood pressure, urine test, elimination test, STD test, blood sugar levels test, and many additional test plus they all returned good. Dr Negrin described that after an individual has a personal injury, they target the hurt component and that’s why I had a need to undergo physical treatment. I expected him “how could it be that I'm recommended each one of these medicines and that I undergo treatment without having first determining the issue through MRI or X-Ray”? I attempted to describe to Dr. Negrin that I've continuous ache daily in my own neck which after I was in the additional Concentra situated in Morrow, they didn't do an x ray or an MRI on me. They simply offered me medicine and delivered me to physical treatment Dr. Negrin mentioned he didn't wish to notice by what another Concentra did which I’ve just observed him onetime which it had been all-in my mind and there's nothing wrong with my shoulder”. He mentioned he would purchase the MRI on my throat which he'd proceed from there. I created another try to clarify that my neck continues to be damaging for a few months which my neck is bloated and that I need to place a warmth area on my neck daily.By this time around, Dr. Negrin begins to obtain furious since I'm worrying about my neck and begins to obtain loud. I’m just starting to get angry since he's not hearing me. I tell him he isn't hearing my issue that I'm having, he says “ I don’t wish to notice what your issues are and he informs me to become quiet” Today I'm furious since not just is he not hearing me about my neck but he's informing me to become peaceful. And so I begin shouting and he begins shouting higher by this time around, his personnel arrived at the area and then he works as though he's relaxed. Mrs. Tina ask me that which was happening and he began speaking over me so she considered him and requested him that which was incorrect after which I began chatting over him. Then he becomes in my experience and informs me to become peaceful and profits to speak. I told him he don't keep in touch with me this way since I'm not his kid. He proceeds to inform her his part so when he completes, he walks out. I needed him in which to stay the area while I told my part so he'd not state that I had been laying.
I'm he was really unprofessional and incredibly rude. I found Concentra for aid regarding my neck as well as for a health care provider not to pay attention to his individual after which informs the individual he didn't wish to notice about what’s happening with me, and informs them to become peaceful, I was as a whole surprise of how I was handled with a physician and just how disrespectful he was. I'm furious, crazy and dissatisfied at how within this evening and period, we still have individuals who handle others like garbage and also have no regards to there emotions. Dr. Negrin isn't a health care provider I'd suggest to help anybody in virtually any kind of environment since his attitude and perspective isn't one I'd wish to come face-to-face with on the daily schedule.
